Job description

Alumerix is seeking project-based Management Consultants to support strategic client initiatives across Europe and North America, as projects become available. Typical engagements involve enterprise software and AI implementations, digital transformation, and PMO development. This is a remote-first opportunity with flexible hours and occasional travel, ideal for experienced consultants looking to contribute on a contract or freelance basis.

What You’ll Do

· Lead or support large-scale project and program management efforts

· Oversee implementations of enterprise software systems and AI technologies

· Advise clients on strategy, operations, and organizational change

· Facilitate stakeholder workshops and align teams around key goals

· Track milestones, manage project risks, and ensure timely delivery

· Support proposal development and solution design for incoming projects

What We’re Looking For

· 5+ years of experience in consulting, project/program management, or technology advisory

· Proven expertise in enterprise software, digital transformation, or AI implementation

· PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred

· Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

· Availability for meetings during European and/or North American business hours

· Hours: Project-based only (engagements offered based on project availability)

· Start Date: Based on upcoming project needs

· Interviews: Two rounds with the Alumerix team

· Contract Type: Freelance/contractor role tied to specific project scopes
