Job summary

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Weapon Systems Support is seeking a Management and Program Analyst for the Payroll Team.

This role ensures payroll accuracy and legality, processes bi-weekly payroll, inputs timecard changes, and reviews related reports. The analyst handles payroll inquiries on tax, addresses, union dues, debts, and WSCRs/PLAs, among other tasks.

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST on the Payroll Team of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

You will ensure the correctness and legality of pay roll work performed.

You will ensure payroll is processed on a bi-weekly basis, and that related reports are timely run and reviewed.

You will input timecard changes and ensure accuracy.

You will answer pay roll inquiries regarding tax and address changes, union dues, debts, and other issues.

You will input Work Schedule Change Requests (WSCRs), Pay and Leave Adjustments (PLAs), and other requests.
