Summary

This position is located in the Office of Enterprise Assessments (EA), Office of Enforcement, under Office of Management. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will identify, review, and analyze data required for management use, monitor deliverable timelines, support program workflows, review deliverables, and provide guidance to contractor support on policies and standard operating procedures.

Veterans shape the future of energy As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Analyze and evaluate programs and operations to identify problems, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and recommend solutions to management. Analyze program information and reporting requirements and develop reporting approaches that provide management with reliable information for decision-making. Review policies, regulations, procedures, and management practices to assess their impact on operations and recommend improvements to administrative policies and processes. Develop program evaluation plans, methods, and procedures to measure performance and improve organizational operations, and work processes. Perform quality control reviews and technical editing on program documentation, correspondence, and deliverables. Provide management with analyses, advice, reports, and briefings on program and administrative issues.
