Job description

KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Management Analyst, Journeyman, to join our team. This position is contingent upon contract award and is onsite in Newport, Rhode Island.

This position will collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government. Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedule or expenditures.

Primary Duties
  • Tailor standard tools to best support specific project reporting, continuous analysis, complex problem‑solving, and rebalance requirements throughout the duration of assigned projects.
  • Provide budget execution support, financial documentation, and monitoring.
  • Translate technical requirements into acquisition documentation within prescribed formats and standards considering systems requirements and constraints.
  • Status reporting, continuous analysis, complex problem‑solving, and developing recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.
  • In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
  • Prepare and solve mathematical models.
  • Report findings and recommendations to the Government.
  • Submit written and oral presentations regarding findings.
  • Implement proposed suggestions.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field.
  • 3 years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
Clearance

This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen and able to complete the full background investigation. An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. KAIROS also provides a comprehensive benefits package as additional employee compensation.
