Bowhead is seeking a Management Analyst for a newly awarded contract in Arlington, VA.

Job Duties

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
• Serve as a program analyst and management consultant.
• Direct the activities of more junior analysts or other staff as necessary on activities related to the application of analytical techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree. An AS or AA degree and an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS or an additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS.
• At least four (4) years of experience as an analyst in a program management, technical, or business analysis discipline; and included in the four (4) years, there must be two (2) years of professional experience supporting NAVAIR programs or offices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation.
• Experience using advanced features of Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.

Security Clearance Requirements

Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
