Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Management Analyst III to provide analytical support, identify organizational challenges, evaluate performance, and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement on government programs.

The role conducts research, analyzes operational and financial data, and prepares written and oral reports to guide decision-making, while mentoring junior analysts and coordinating with leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analysis experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
• A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze organizational data to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Define the nature and scope of problems and evaluate relevant metrics such as revenue, staffing, and expenditures
• Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to understand workflows and organizational culture
• Develop and apply mathematical models to support analysis and decision‑making
• Prepare written reports and present findings to government stakeholders
• Support implementation of recommended improvements when required
• Lead briefings and coordination with leadership
• Mentor junior analysts
