Job summary

ProSync seeks a passionate Management Analyst II to support a U.S. Navy customer by analyzing organizational data, identifying issues, and presenting data‑driven recommendations to guide decision‑making.

You will collect and review operational and financial data, interview managers, and develop models to support informed decisions. The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and impact across defense programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secret security clearance or higher required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.

This role supports government stakeholders by conducting research, analyzing operational and financial data, and preparing written and oral reports that guide decision‑making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Management Analyst II provides analytical support to a U.S. Navy customer, developing findings, recommendations, and solutions for technical and organizational challenges.

• Collect, review, and analyze organizational data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Define the nature and scope of problems and evaluate relevant metrics such as revenue, staffing, and expenditures.
• Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to understand workflows and organizational culture.
• Develop and apply mathematical models to support analysis and decision‑making.
• Prepare written reports and present findings to government stakeholders.
• Support implementation of recommended improvements when required.

• 7+ years of analysis experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.

• A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
  

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s level degree or higher in any field.
