Job summary

Graham Technologies is seeking a qualified professional to support the National Guard Bureau Domestic Operations mission by managing manpower data and producing decision-support reports. Location is Arlington, VA on-site, with requirements covering data reconciliation from multiple sources, recurring readiness reporting, and leadership briefings.

Qualifications

• Experience in military/Federal personnel or manpower data analysis and recurring readiness reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, data quality control, operational briefing preparation, and cross-team coordination.
• Active clearance at the level specified for the billet; resume lists TS/SCI with CI polygraph, pending verification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile manpower and personnel information from authorized sources such as Juvare COP, Advana, ETMS2, Excel, and readiness reporting systems.
• Produce recurring personnel-status reports, including JPERSTAT products, and prepare briefings for J1 leadership.
• Analyze readiness and personnel information from NGCC, DRRS, Joint Force Headquarters-State, Joint Staff, and Combatant Command sources as applicable.
• Respond to time-sensitive RFIs/RFAs and support operational battle rhythm, shift changes, and leadership updates.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, action logs, and data quality checks.
• Improve repeatable workflows through approved Excel, Power Automate, SQL, Python, or comparable tools as appropriate.

Support NGB J1 personnel readiness, manpower analysis, recurring reporting, and operational situational awareness through accurate data management and decision-support products.

Location

Key Responsibilities
