As a Management Assistant, you'll use your people skills, organizational skills, and can-do personality in support of a Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) program. Working directly with the program manager and technical project leads, you will ensure that all required non-technical deliverables are completed on time on a weekly and monthly basis.
Once assigned to a program, you will provide financial support in the areas of budgeting, funds acceptance, expenditure tracking, and reporting to ensure that funded programs are delivered on-time, on-budget, and profits are maximized based on contract specifications. This position is contingent upon funding.
