The ideal candidate should have experience in month-end closures, audit processes, IFRS compliance, and technology-driven finance solutions. This role requires a tech-savvy finance professional who can leverage financial tools and prompt engineering techniques to improve efficiency. Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

Manage and oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with IFRS.

Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Provide insights and financial reports to support decision-making.

Audit & Compliance:

Manage external audit processes, liaising with auditors and ensuring timely completion.

Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations.

Review audit findings and implement corrective actions.

Budgeting & Analysis:

Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Monitor financial performance and provide feedback to internal teams.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement:

Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Identify and implement ways to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline finance operations.

What you will need to have:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum4-7 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, and audits. Background in audit firms or corporate finance(experience in both is preferred)
• Tech-savvy, with expertise in Excel, financial reporting tools, and automation.
• Experience in using BI tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a structured, execution-focused role with minimal strategic involvement.
• Ability to review financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide corrective feedback.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal finance teams.
