What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues
- Provide support to the Workday-managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Monitor service performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, math, engineering, computer science, business or financial discipline, or relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design
- Substantial experience within the technical and reporting workstreams during implementations or production support
- Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, and data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current Workday Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Integration and/or Studio certification
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Workday Integrations using technologies such as Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, and Workday Studio
- Experience with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, and dashboards
- Strong knowledge and experience with the Workday security model
- Ability to train and support the professional development of staff in project management and technical dimensions
