Your role involves training junior team members, analyzing Release Notes, and serving as a subject matter expert for complex production support issues.
Must Have: Bachelor's Degree; 5 years of experience.
Preferred: In-depth client needs analysis, training junior staff, analyzing Release Notes, serving as SME, developing application proficiency, leading automation, conducting ticket reviews, leading design and deployment, managing support queues.
