PwC is seeking a Manager in Managed Services for Real Estate Fund Level Accounting & Reporting within the Assurance practice. You will lead transition and management of outsourced services, oversee delivery teams, and drive performance improvements across accounting and reporting workflows.
You will mentor staff, manage client accounts, and contribute to strategic planning and business transformation initiatives while leveraging Yardi and HFM for consolidations and data mapping.
As a Managed Services - Real Estate Fund Level Accounting & Reporting - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional service. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
