Role Overview

The Managed Services Oracle Cloud Benefits Manager contributes to the delivery of managed services for Oracle Cloud clients. The role involves supporting the managed services team, addressing client concerns, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
• Support the Oracle-managed services team with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor service performance metrics and assist in continuous improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery and system integration.
• Stay updated on Oracle updates and industry trends to provide informed support.
• Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure contractual compliance.
• Prepare and present reports on service performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Benefits services or similar roles.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM or ERP modules, with at least one certification (level 2 support).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset and knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary ranges from $140,000 to $170,000 USD, with total compensation including incentives between $161,000 and $212,500 USD. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs.
