Responsibilities

• Oversee integration and middleware processes to secure operational effectiveness.
• Supervise, mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Drive project success by leveraging team strengths and fostering collaboration.
• Maintain exceptional standards of service delivery and quality assurance.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Analyse client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet expectations.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

What Sets You Apart

• Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Engineering (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership in team integration and troubleshooting.
• Experience monitoring and resolving integration incidents effectively.
• Support for connection point management and API troubleshooting.
• Validation of data integrity and compliance in financial systems.
• Documentation of process behaviours and resolution steps for teams.
• Coordination with cross‑functional teams for issue resolution.
• Awareness of job dependencies in processes.
• Proficiency in Infor ION and OS Portal.
• Travel required up to 60% of time.

Compensation

Salary range: $99,000 – $232,000. Actual compensation is dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
