A Managed Services Data Entry Clerk assists with daily accounting tasks, working independently and in teams. Responsibilities include completing project parts, being client-oriented, and exploring sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of automated accounting systems, process accounting tasks for clients, and communicate effectively to ensure timely deliverables. Typical tasks include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Timesheet and Expense processing, and account reconciliations.

General Responsibilities

Education/Certifications
  • AS/AA in business administration or relevant field preferred; experience may substitute
  • Ability to obtain certification within 1 year of employment
  • Knowledge in Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Projects, Time Collection, Expense
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged sitting or standing for computer and phone work
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Occasional standing for scanning, printing, copying
  • Possible overnight travel
