Job summary

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of California.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in commercial and/or healthcare defense.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload.
