Hornet Staffing, Inc., a GEE Group company, seeks a Managed Care Coordinator to support NC Medicaid Foster Care program participants. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized service plans, and connect families with healthcare and community resources.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field and 1 year of relevant experience, with strong communication and documentation skills. Travel to assigned locations is expected.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Managed Care Coordinator to support members under the NC Medicaid Foster Care program. The role focuses on coordinating non-clinical care needs, conducting member assessments, developing individualized service plans, and connecting members and families with appropriate healthcare and community resources.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare-related field preferred.


• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working directly with the target population or related community-based organizations.


• Experience in care coordination, case management, healthcare, or social services is beneficial.


• Strong communication and documentation skills.


• Ability to travel and commute to assigned locations.

Candidate Eligibility

Candidates residing in North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or South Carolina may be considered if they can commute to the assigned work locations.
