Summary

POSITION IS HYBRID REMOTE. CANDIDATES SHOULD BE LOCAL.

  • The Managed Care Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the evaluation and optimization of negotiated contracts between commercial or governmental payers and LifeBridge. This position is essential for analyzing healthcare data, monitoring contract performance, and providing data-driven insights to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The Managed Care Analyst will report to the Director of Negotiations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze healthcare data to evaluate the performance of existing contracts
  • Produce detailed reports outlining findings and make recommendations for improvements
  • Monitor compliance with existing state and federal regulations
  • Assist in the development of improvement programs and policies by providing data-driven insights Financial & Analytics
  • Extract and validate claims experience for modeling
  • Model and evaluate the financial impact of managed care contracts and proposals
  • Analyze rate structures, payment methodologies, and service line margins to identify risks and opportunities for optimization
  • Assist in updating the contract management system with new data and insights
