Title: Managed Care Administration

Responsibilities:

1. Facility located in the heart of Denver seeks a full-time Referral Coordinator for a 7-week assignment starting ASAP.
2. Must have 2 years of previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
3. Must have knowledge of Medical Terminology and experience with Health Plans.
4. Excellent Customer Service and Computer skills are required.
5. Typing test required for all submissions.
6. Routing faxes in a general fax queue to specific fax queues where they can be processed.
7. Uploading faxed documents into our Electronic Health Record system.
8. Mailing letters to members (printing, stuffing envelopes, and coordinating with the mail room).
9. Entering authorization requests into our Electronic Health Record and routing them to the appropriate staff for review.
