Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA Council of Education program in radiologic technology.
• Certification by ARRT and state licensure in TX.
• Ability to interact professionally with staff and patients.
• Adherence to Radiology Partners policies including HIPAA and OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Performs all mammographic procedures per the Department Procedure Manual.
• Applies appropriate patient care and recognizes conditions essential for successful imaging.
• Maintains quality assurance records required by ACR, state and credentialing bodies.
• Identifies proper anatomical orientation on all images and ensures proper labeling.
• Practices radiation safety following ALARA principles.
