Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency from an accredited institution.
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
• Massachusetts radiography license for 1+ years and ARRT Mammography.
• Mammography license in MA and ARRT Mammography certification.

Responsibilities

• Confirms clinical data, obtains history, and uses the lowest possible dose to provide high quality images for the interpreting radiologist.
• Provides for patient safety, confidentiality, and well-being.
• Communicates effectively with patients and care team.
• Recognizes and reports equipment problems to the Department Supervisor.
• Maintains CEU documentation for licensure and ongoing education.
