Qualifications

• Two-year program in Radiologic Technology (or equivalent).
• 1 year of full-time Mammography experience with documentation of clinical exposure.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• ARRT (M) registry certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• MQSA/FDA CEU requirements and case documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment and perform mammography procedures with accuracy in positioning and exposure.
• Complete patient education regarding the exam and radiology safety.
• Assist Radiologist in complex mammography examinations, including needle biopsies.
• Maintain patient-first focus and exceptional customer service throughout exams.
• Adhere to radiation safety measures under supervision.
