Application Tips for Mammography Professionals
  • Highlight MQSA compliance: Prepare a portfolio documenting your most recent CEUs and clinical competency records specific to mammography so your credentials are audit-ready.
  • Showcase ARRT-M certification: If you hold the advanced mammography credential, place it prominently near the top of your resume — facilities often filter technologists by this exact qualification.
  • Emphasize patient positioning expertise: Reference your experience working with anxious patients and your approach to producing high-quality images on the first attempt.
  • Prepare for credential verification: Staffing agencies typically require faster background and compliance checks than direct hospital hires. Have your immunization records, ARRT card, state license, and CPR certificate digitized and ready to submit.

This position offers a meaningful opportunity to join a patient-centered imaging team in one of Texas's most dynamic regions. The verified pay rate of $44–$53 per hour, combined with a robust benefits package and signing incentive, makes this an attractive prospect for experienced mammographers.
