Overview:

Under the supervision of the Mammography Supervisor and Senior Mammographer, performs professional mammography, education, and other women’s services in the Breast Imaging department.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiology program. Preferably, 40 hours of mammography training, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Licensure: ARRT registry within 6 months of hire; Mammography registry to be completed within one year of training if not already certified.
• Experience: Two years of Radiology and Mammography experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Certifications: ARRT Certification required or registry eligible within 6 months of hire. Mammography certification required within a specified timeframe if hired without mammography experience. BLS certification required.
• Other: Computer literate, good communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and team-oriented.
