Job summary

The University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, VT is seeking a Per Diem Mammography Technologist to support uninterrupted patient access. You will perform mammography exams, participate in weekly quality control, and assist with training under supervision.

Applicants should have ARRT certification or be eligible, Vermont license, and at least 1 year of radiology experience. Weekend/holiday/on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Recent radiologic technology graduate with ARRT certification or eligibility and Vermont state license.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Radiology technologist.
• Experience performing mammography and quality control tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform digital mammography exams (routine and diagnostic) on all equipment.
• Conduct weekly QC of mammography machines per FDA/ACR.
• Assist training of staff and students under Radiologist supervision.
