Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• New Jersey licensure required.
• ARRT certification in Radiology and Mammography needed.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Mammography exams as required by physician orders.
• Assist physicians with procedures using standard protocols.
• Maintain radiation exposure within ALARA limits.
• Perform excellent patient care and recognize clinical problems.

Skills

Excellent customer service skills

Knowledge of ACR standards and MQSA regulations

Ability to be flexible with patient volumes

Knowledge of RIS/PACS environment

Education

Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology

New Jersey licensure

ARRT certified in Radiology and Mammography

BLS through the American Heart Association
