Job summary

Invision Sally Jobe in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a part-time Mammography Technologist to perform high-quality mammography exams, provide patient education, and uphold radiation safety standards. The role reports to the Regional Manager of Clinical Operations in a fast-paced imaging environment.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, collaboration with the imaging team, and ensuring excellent patient interaction and service.

Qualifications

• ARRT (M) certification is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Previous mammography experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and deliver patient-focused care.
• Excellent patient service and communication skills.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform mammography exams delivering high-quality images.
• Support related mammography imaging tasks including QA/QC.
• Provide clear information to patients about exams and care.
• Document procedures and obtain interpretation for each exam.
• Follow radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure.
• Prioritize patient flow and act as first responder when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Reporting to Regional Manager of Clinical Operations

Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) is a network of imaging centers built and managed through a partnership between Radiology Imaging Associates and HealthOne. Our imaging centers are conveniently located throughout the South Denver area and offer a variety of exams using state of the art equipment. Our services include MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, pain management, DXA, X-Ray, and image guided biopsies. Our mission is to improve the health of patients in the communities we serve by providing them with the highest quality imaging and associated medical care.

Primary Responsibilities

During a typical day you will...

• Independently perform mammography exams on patients providing high quality images
• Assist with technical/clerical functions in related areas of mammography imaging including quality assurance and control
• Provide clear and detailed information regarding exams and care to patients
• Complete appropriate documentation and obtain interpretation for each exam
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols in order to minimize exposure to patient and staff
• Manage patient priority and act as a first responder when needed
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Compensation is between $38.00 and $51.00/hr

In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Invision Sally Jobe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

This position will receive applications on an ongoing basis and will remain open until filled.

Full-time employees will become eligible for benefits on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment. Part-time employees may have access to some of these benefits, which may be on a pro-rated basis. PRN employees are not eligible for benefits.
