UChicago Medicine is seeking a Mammography Technologist I for the Radiology – Breast Imaging unit in Hyde Park. This 0.5 FTE, part-time role involves producing breast radiographs under a Radiologist's direction and maintaining patient education and regulatory compliance.
The position requires ARRT certification with Advanced Mammography and IEMA licensure, 3+ years radiography experience, and excellent communication skills. The job is onsite with a $7,500 sign‑on bonus potential.
Be a part of a world‑class academic health‑care system at University of Chicago Medicine as a Mammography Technologist I in the Radiology Department. Here, under the direction of a Radiologist, you will produce breast radiographs to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease for both symptomatic and asymptomatic patients. This position requires intimate patient contact, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with initiative and accuracy. Responsibilities include but are not limited to imaging, patient education, data collection and maintaining regulatory compliance. This position is a 100% onsite opportunity. You will need to be based in the greater Chicagoland area.

The pay range is based on a full‑time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations, such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
