Job summary

The Elliot is seeking a Mammography Technologist for its Manchester, NH department. The role involves performing screening and diagnostic mammography in accordance with ASRT standards and institutional policies, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and patient care.

The position supports quality control activities and collaborates with the interpreting radiologist. Qualified candidates will have an accredited radiologic technology program, 3–5 years of radiologic experience, and ARRT Mammography

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• 3–5 years of radiologic technologist experience.
• ARRT Mammography certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams according to institutional policies and ASRT standards.
• Adhere to departmental exam protocols and participate in quality control/quality assurance activities using the APIE model.
• Assist the interpreting physician as directed during diagnostic breast imaging procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and radiation protection practices during all procedures.
