*Full Time* | *Day Shift (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)*
Lexington Medical Center, consistently named one of the best hospitals in South Carolina, is seeking a *full-time Mammography Technologist* to join our dedicated Women’s Imaging team in Irmo. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment while utilizing advanced imaging technology.
*What You’ll Do*
* Independently perform *digital screening and diagnostic mammograms*, including needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and specimen imaging.
* Assist with *ultrasound-guided procedures*, biopsies, and cyst aspirations.
* Deliver compassionate care while educating and reassuring patients throughout their visit.
* Maintain high standards in breast positioning, image quality, and safety protocols in accordance with *MQSA, ACR*, and federal guidelines.
* Perform quality control testing and equipment troubleshooting as needed.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an *AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology*.
* Certified by the *American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)* in both Radiologic Technology and *Mammography*.
* Holds or has applied for *SCRQSA* South Carolina licensure.
* *Current CPR certification* required.
* Strong communication, technical, and patient care skills.
