Endeavor Health is seeking a Mammography Technologist II to operate radiology equipment and obtain routine breast radiographs for physicians to detect and treat breast cancer. You will position patients, adjust equipment, evaluate film quality, and maintain QA records while delivering patient-centered care.
This full-time role located in Arlington Heights, IL includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, weekday hours (Mon-Fri, 7:30am–4pm or 8am–4:30pm), and potential travel to Kildeer and Buffalo Grove
Hourly Pay Range: $36.42 - $56.45 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Full Time, 40 hours weekly
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm or 8am to 4:30pm.
Travel: Potential travel to Kildeer and Buffalo Grove locations
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, operates radiology equipment to obtain routine radiographs used by physicians to detect and treat breast cancer. In doing so, positions patients, adjusts x‑ray equipment to correct setting for each examination, and evaluates films quality. Tests radiologic equipment and maintains quality assurance records. Performs related office duties as necessary. Delivers and ensures customer service in all aspects to job, being attentive of eye contact, facial/body expressions and tone of voice. Explains procedure to patient, giving opportunity for questions to reduce anxiety and promote trust.
A High School Diploma or GED Meets all American College of Radiology (ACR)/Modular Open Systems (MQSA) requirements. Preferred: A minimum of an Associate’s Degree or higher ARRT(R)(M) (American Registry of Radiological Technology) (Radiology)(Mammography) certification with current registration IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) licensure Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association Preferred: Prior Mammography experience Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
