Job Description

At NorthBay Health, the Technologist performs all radiographic and mammographic studies. Produces radiographs and organizes images, completes the required paperwork and charges. Responsible for patient safety and wellbeing during examinations. Assists and instructs patients during examinations. Assists with clerical duties and mammography regulatory tasks. Reports all equipment malfunctions. Cleans and inspects equipment prior to use.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an AMA approved mammography course.
  • Current California Radiographic and Mammographic Technologist licensure.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in mammography /x-ray.
  • Basic clerical and computer experience.

Compensation: $69.97 - $79.81 per hour, based on years of experience. Per Diem differential is included in the pay rates.
