Location: US:WI:WEST BEND at our FROEDTERT WEST BEND HOSPITAL facility.

Shift: Shift 1
Monday 7:30a-4:00p and Tuesday 7:45a-4:15p, with a Saturday rotation from 7:30-1:00 every 4 months.

Job Summary: Responsible for identifying and resolving issues related to images, equipment, and quality control. Maintains competency and performs routine mammography interventional procedures such as Affirm/Stereotactic, diagnostic radiology, ultrasound, or bone density. Provides backup coverage for the Lead/QA Mammography Technologist, performs quality control, and consults with physicians. Works effectively with medical/clinical staff, students, and patients. Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in performing mammography is required.
Education: Post high school completion of an ARRT approved program in radiologic technology is required. 1-2 years of college/university or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
Licensure: ARRT registered in radiology (RTR) and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer are required. Advanced certification through ARRT in ARRT-M is also required. AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) or an equivalent must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
