Job summary

AMI is seeking a Full-time Mammography Technologist for the Toms River, NJ office locations. 40 hours per week with a day shift, offering a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay from $38 to $50. Training in Dexa and Biopsy procedures is available.

The ideal candidate has ARRT Mammography (M), NJ licensure, CPR/BLS, and strong patient communication skills. This role supports outpatient radiology care and requires MQSA/ACR compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT Mammography (M) certification required.
• Current NJ Radiologic Technologist license.
• AHA or Red Cross CPR/BLS certification required before start.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography examinations per MQSA and ACR guidelines.
• Assist patients on/off table and use lift-assist devices.
• Perform Dexa scan examinations when indicated.
• Maintain aseptic technique and radiology safety.
• Explain procedures clearly to patients and address questions.
• Supervise and guide non-technical staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate office records and documentation.
