Job summary

South Jersey Radiology Associates is seeking a Mammography Technologist I for full-time duties at Greentree Center. The role requires knowledge of mammography procedures, patient positioning, and radiologic safety.

Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm, with patient-focused care and teamwork across the imaging team. Qualified candidates hold ARRT licensure in X-ray and Mammography, a NJ State license, and a certificate of training in x-ray/mammography.

Qualifications

• Current NJ State license.
• ARRT licensure in X-ray and Mammography.

Responsibilities

• Stand/walk 80-90% of shift.
• Assist patients on/off exam tables.
• Radiation exposure precautions.
• Possible exposure to blood and body fluids.

Mamm. Technologist I

• Location: Greentree Center
• Types of position: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of certificate of training in x-ray, mammography and ARRT licensure in both with clinical experience
• Current, valid NJ State license
• Completion of certification of training in x-ray and mammography
• Working knowledge of anatomy, positioning, medical terminology
• Knowledge of radiation safety
• Knowledge of filming/PACS and RIS
• Ability to work with others
• Genuine desire to want to help others
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.

Physical Demands of the Position

Position requires standing and walking 80-90% of designated shift. Position requires lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping and twisting.
