Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist. Performs radiographic procedures under the supervision of a qualified physician and clinical supervisor, using prescribed levels of ionizing radiation. Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and hospital policies. Works with patients from adolescent to geriatric age, producing quality diagnostic images. Able to instruct patients in BSE.

Qualifications
  • Licensed by the MA Radiation Control Board
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Radiology)
  • CPR Certified
  • ARRT (M) certification required
  • ACS certification in BSE preferred
Skills and Knowledge
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of the needs of adult and older adult patients (preferred)
