MOHR Talent is partnering with a women's imaging organization in Jacksonville, FL to hire an experienced Mammography Technologist. The role emphasizes high-quality exams, adherence to imaging protocols, and patient-centered care in collaboration with radiologists and clinical teams.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT certification with a state license and ARRT(M) Mammography preferred, plus 3+ years of imaging experience. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with up to $48/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• State license required.
• ARRT(M) Mammography certification strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant imaging experience preferred.
• Strong mammography positioning and image-quality skills.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, breast imaging protocols, and patient safety.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, radiologists, and clinical staff.
• DEXA experience or interest in obtaining DEXA credential is a plus.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a patient-facing imaging role.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography exams following established protocols and positioning standards.
• Capture high-quality breast images for radiologist review.
• Review patient history, prior records, and required documentation.
• Verify patient identity and confirm imaging orders.
• Prepare exam rooms before and after procedures.
• Help ensure patient comfort, safety, privacy, and infection control standards.
• Assist with biopsies and quality control as needed.
• Work closely with radiologists to support image quality and reduce repeat exams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow department procedures.
• Support a professional, female-focused patient care experience.
