Job summary

MOHR Talent in Jacksonville Beach, FL is seeking a Junior Mammography Tech to advance into mammography. This in-person, full-time role offers $35–$45 per hour plus a sign-on bonus and a clear path to growth within women’s imaging.

You will perform mammography exams, review records, and collaborate with radiologists to ensure high-quality images and patient comfort in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and state license are required.
• DEXA experience or interest in earning DEXA credential is a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Compassionate, patient-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography exams using established protocols and standard positioning.
• Capture high-quality images to help radiologists identify areas of concern.
• Review patient history and prior records, and confirm orders and patient identity.
• Alert the clinical and radiology team to potential concerns.
• Prepare exam rooms and follow sterilization and infection control standards.
• Assist with biopsies and unit quality control.
• Work closely with radiologists to maintain quality and limit repeat exams.
• Keep every patient safe, comfortable, and cared for.
