Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Mammography Technologist Full-time Float in Naples, FL. You will travel to Radiology Regional’s outpatient offices across central and south regions, operate mammography equipment, and produce high-quality images while delivering excellent patient care.

The role requires ARRT certification, state licensure in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology, and BLS. One year of imaging experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R)(M) certification is required.
• State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Radiology Regional's outpatient sites in central and south regions as needed.
• Operate mammographic equipment following company policies and protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images in a timely manner with excellent patient care.
• Adjust compression, exposure, KvP, Mas, grid, focal spot and other settings for quality imaging.
• Monitor patients’ well-being during exams and respond to discomfort or issues.
• Guide patients through exam procedures with clear explanations and reassurance.
• Respond to physician questions regarding patients and exams.
• Safeguard patient information and property on site.
• Safeguard medications on site per policy and legal requirements.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
• Interact with patients and families diplomatically and compassionately in a clinical setting.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
