Job summary

Radiology Ltd. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Float Mammography Technologist to join our imaging team. The role covers multiple sites on the NW and SW sides of Tucson. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and full benefits.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent imaging skills and a customer-focused approach, able to travel between sites as needed and maintain high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Certified in mammography with ARRT credentials and AZ licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of mammography technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care with professionalism and empathy at all times.
• Perform precise, prompt and high quality mammography examinations and operate imaging equipment.
• Communicate with radiologists and work efficiently with the team.

Radiology Ltd., a 500-employee imaging organization seeks a full time Float Mammography Technologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and excellent imaging skills.

The candidate must be able to travel to multiple sites covering our locations on the northwest and southwest sides of Tucson. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Ability to provide excellent patient care, acting with professionalism and empathy at all times.
• Provide excellent patient care in a timely manner, communicate with radiologists and work efficiently with team members.
• Responsible for performing precise, prompt and high quality Mammography examinations.
• Selects appropriate imaging techniques and operates console and peripheral hardware, enters and monitors patient data.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision.

QualificationsRequirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a technologist preferred
• Superior communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, always putting the patient first
• Must be able to manage time in a productive manner within the guidelines of the department

Qualifications

• The applicant must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
• Must be certified in mammography, possess ARRT credentials and a current Arizona State Licensure
• Breast ultrasound experience helpful. Training will be provided as well as in breast biopsy procedures if needed.
