Job summary

Radiology Ltd. in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Imaging Support Specialist to prepare imaging studies for presentation to Radiologists and coordinate between Radiology Technologists and Radiologists. We will train eligible candidates and there is room for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required at the time of hiring.
• Must be able to pass a General Skills Assessment test.
• Must be computer literate, dual screen experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Reviews quality of digital images to standards for electronic delivery to Radiologist.
• Identifies and arranges images according to protocol for the Radiologist.
• Corresponds with Radiologists to resolve issues via phone or instant messaging system.
• Review and upload paperwork into the Document Management system and PACS systems.
• Reliable and willing to adhere to an established schedule.

An Imaging Support Specialist is responsible for preparing imaging studies for presentation to the Radiologist and acts as a liaison between Radiology Technologists and Radiologists concerning patient images and medical information. We are seeking candidates with a strong work ethic, and we will train eligible candidates.
