Qualifications

• AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology graduate
• RT - Registered Technologist Radiology upon hire
• CMT - Certified Mammography Technologist upon hire
• BLS - Basic Life Support within 60 days

Responsibilities

• Interacts professionally as a team member and supports care teams.
• Performs quality mammographic images following ACR guidelines and adjusts as needed.
• Confirms patient identity and orders, documents in EMR, and educates patients.
• Maintains compliance with MSQA/FDA/ACR and participates in performance improvement.
• Ensures breast imaging equipment operation and conducts quality control evaluations.
• Supports department management by reporting findings and maintaining equipment cleanliness.
