Job summary

2810 Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a full-time day shift (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).

A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered to join our team and support high-quality patient imaging and care. Responsibilities include operating mammography equipment, positioning patients, ensuring diagnostic image quality, and preparing supplies. Requirements: Certificate & High School Diploma or Equivalent, MA DPH license, ARRT preferred, 0–3 years in the field,

Qualifications

• Certificate & High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred.
• MA DPH Radiologic Technologist license required.
• ARRT registration preferred.
• BLS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks involving the operation of mammographic equipment and other equipment/devices as appropriate.
• Positions patients and uses immobilization if necessary.
• Selects proper mode to produce correct exposure factors.
• Evaluates images for diagnostic quality, obtaining additional images as needed.
• Prepares and sets up medical supplies using aseptic techniques if appropriate.
