Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography program.
• State of Connecticut Radiographer license.
• ARRT certification in Radiography required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic examinations on identified patients according to department procedures and protocols.
• Minimizes radiation exposure following safety standards and uses shielding devices.
• Inputs procedural information into EMR, RIS and PACS accurately.
• Obtains relevant patient information to ensure appropriate exam and accurate diagnosis.
• Perform other related duties as required.
