• Two years of additional education beyond High School
• Graduate of an AMA Council of Medical Education Program for Radiologic Technology
• ARRT Advanced mammography Certification Required
• Must currently be licensed or license eligible in the State of Vermont

Responsibilities

• Independently performs all types of mammographic breast imaging procedures
• Assists in the technical orientation of cross-training staff and to instruct them in complex or difficult procedures
• Acquires and maintains certification relevant to mammography per facility and FDA/MQSA requirements
• Position requires the flexibility to cross train in other Radiology modalities based upon departmental staffing needs
