Job summary
RadNet in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Mammography Technologist to operate mammographic equipment, deliver high-quality images, and ensure excellent patient care. You will adjust exposure parameters, monitor patient comfort, and guide patients through the exam with clear explanations.

Qualifications
- ARRT(R)(M) certification is required.
- State Licensure in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology is required.
- BLS certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Operate mammographic equipment and related devices according to policy and protocol.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images promptly while delivering excellent patient care.
- Understand and adjust equipment settings (compression, KvP, Mas, grid, AEC, etc.) to optimize image quality.
- Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to discomfort or medical issues.
- Guide patients through the exam process with clear explanations and address questions.
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patient care.
