Akicita Federal is hiring a Mammography Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging for the Indian Health Service at Phoenix Indian Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform screening and diagnostic mammography using 2D and 3D tomosynthesis, delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced, mission-driven clinical setting.

The role requires verifying patient identity, positioning, QA/QC, documenting in RPMS/EHR/PACS, and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience performing 2D/3D tomosynthesis mammography.
• Experience with IHS systems (RPMS/EHR/PACS).
• ARRT Mammography certification and current licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams using 2D/3D tomosynthesis.
• Verify patient identity, position patients, and monitor safety.
• Complete QA/QC per FDA/MQSA and ACR standards.
• Document results in RPMS/EHR/PACS and ensure timely reporting.
• Adhere to infection-control and radiation-safety guidelines.
