Location: US:WI:WEST BEND at our FROEDTERT WEST BEND HOSPITAL facility.
This position is eligible for a $2500 Sign-on Bonus!

FTE: 0.40
Shift: Shift 1
Mon 7:30a-4:00p and Tuesday 7:45a-4:15p
with a Saturday rotation from 7:30-1:00p every 4 months.

Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying and resolving issues related to images, equipment, and quality control. Maintains competency and performs at least one of the following on a routine basis: mammography interventional procedures i.e. Affirm / Stereotactic, diagnostic radiology, ultrasound, or bone density. Provides back up coverage for the Lead / QA Mammography Technologist, performs quality control, and consults with physicians. Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with medical / clinical staff, students, and patients. Perform other duties as assigned / requested.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in performing mammography is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Post high school completion of an ARRT approved program in radiologic technology is required.
1-2 years of college/university and/or undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:ARRT registered IN radiology (RTR) and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer is required.
Advanced certification through ARRT in ARRT-M is also required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
