Job summary

Women's Imaging Specialists in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a full-time Mammography Technologist to join our breast health team. You will perform high-quality 2D and 3D mammograms, educate patients, and support early detection in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

ARRT (R)(M) registration with current state license and BLS/CPR are required, along with 1+ year of screening and diagnostic Mammography experience. MQSA/ACR knowledge, strong communication, and RIS/PACS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Required: ARRT (R)(M) Registered and current state license.
• Required: BLS/CPR.
• 1+ year Mammography experience (screening & diagnostic).
• Strong MQSA/ACR knowledge and QA/QC familiarity.
• Excellent patient communication and ability to educate on breast health.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality 2D & 3D mammograms following MQSA/ACR guidelines.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and breast health education.
• Document patient assessment, history, and risk in RIS/PACS/EMR.
• Execute daily/weekly/monthly QC to ensure image quality and compliance.
• Maintain a safe, clean exam room and follow radiation safety protocols.
• Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to ensure continuity of care.
• Adapt to a fast-paced outpatient center while maximizing productivity.

What you’ll do:

• Perform high-quality 2D & 3D screening and diagnostic mammograms following MQSA and ACR guidelines
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and breast health education before, during, and after exams
• Document patient assessment, history, and risk factors accurately in RIS/PACS
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly QC to ensure optimal image quality and compliance
• Maintain a safe, clean exam room and practice radiation safety, infection control, and sterile technique
• Collaborate with radiologists and sonographers to ensure continuity of care
• Adapt to the unique needs of a fast-paced outpatient center while maximizing productivity

What you bring:

• Required: ARRT (R)(M) Registered + current state license + BLS/CPR
• Required: 1+ year experience as a Mammography Technologist performing screening & diagnostic exams
• Strong knowledge of MQSA, ACR guidelines, mammography QC/QA
